Easy Fried Rice
Preparation Time: 5-10 Minutes
Cooking Time: 30 Minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Cups of Chopped Vegetables (can use leftovers, frozen, or canned)
- 3 Cups of Rice, Cooked and Cooled
- 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
- Wash hands with soap and water for twenty seconds.
- If using fresh vegetables, rinse and prepare them.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add vegetables, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat until vegetables are hot. (or tender if using fresh)
- Stir in cooked rice.
- Heat throughly and enjoy!
Note: For more protein and a complete meal, try adding cooked chicken or scrambled egg to the dish.
