Living Well Month: Week 3 Sleep Strategies


Living Well Challenge 


  • Sunday: Be aware of your feelings. Express them to people you trust.
  • Monday: Reach out to someone you care about. Make a date to get together.
  • Tuesday: Be well at work-Set goals for your career and start taking steps to achieve them.
  • Wednesday: Be a role model for those around you. Let them see you making healthy choices and encourage them to do the same.
  • Thursday: Explore public events in your community and discover ways to get involved.
  • Friday: Find a book to read, and read 1 chapter today.
  • Saturday: Forgive someone who has wronged you.

Tips for Better Sleep!


  1. Be consistent...
  2. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, relaxing, and at a comfortable temperature.
  3. Remove electronic devices, such as TVs, computers, and smartphones, from the bedroom.
  4. Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime.
  5. Get some exercise!
