March is Living Well Month


Take the March Living Well Challenge! Follow along with us this month as we complete daily challenges for Living Well.  


This week, learn more about setting and achieving goals!

  1. Have SMART goals. You're not going to achieve your goals if they aren't SMART.
  2. Write them down- put pen to paper and write them down
  3. Make your goals visible
  4. Break it down
  5. Develop a plan
  6. Take action
  7. Keep perspective
  8. Identify potential obstacles
  9. Be accountable
  10. Reflect and AdjustTechnology can help! Check Mark Goals and Don't Break the Chain are great Phone Apps to help is making and keeping goals.

Living Well Weekly Challenge

Week 1: March 1st-4th

Wednesday:Volunteer one hour of your time to help someone else.

Thursday: Practice being still for 5 minutes today.

Friday: Explore ways to save for your future, whether it be a piggy bank, savings account, or other investment.

Saturday: Have a meal that includes 3 of the 5 food groups (fruit, veggie, grain, dairy, protein)
