As people get older, they begin to have more free travel so they can try new things, go different places, and take on new challenges. We are grateful for all of our older volunteers in both Person & Granville Counties. Since the older adults in our communities are so important to us, we want to help them enjoy their later years in life. Therefore, we are hosting our annual Aging with Gusto Conference in Person County on Tuesday, August 30 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. We hope that everyone can join us to learn how to “Age My Way” with our workshops providing information about chair yoga, fall prevention, sleep disorders, retirement, vitamins & supplements, and a chance to do a craft. You can register online or pick up the registration brochure from our office. Pre-registration is required but is free.
